Sherry Cask Rum

Wholly matured in a second-fill Spanish oak, ex-Pedro Ximénez sherry cask for three years and bottled at the cask strength of 59.8% ABV.

Natural colour, non-chill filtered, no added sugar.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Intense sultanas and raisins backed by tangerines, marzipan and a touch of oak smoke.

Palate: Sweet candied dried apricots on the approach, buttery almonds mid palate and minty orange marmalade finish.
