Red Wine Cask Rum

Wholly matured in a red wine cask that subsequently held lightly peated single malt whisky and bottled at the cask strength of 59.6% ABV.

Natural colour, non-chill filtered, no added sugar.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Candied red fruits, vanilla, liquorice and a nutty background that develops into a soft smoke with time.

Palate: Sweet luscious berry jam on the approach developing into vanilla flavoured toffee sweets mid palate and a herbal, delicately smoky finish.
