Wholly matured in an ex-Tawny Port fortified wine cask for two years and bottled at the cask strength of 62.8% ABV.

Natural colour, non-chill filtered, no added sugar.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Abundant red fruits (strawberries and raspberries) and blackberries accompanied by sweet candied cherries, dates and wrapped together by rich toasted oak notes.
Palate: Rich sweet red grapes on the approach underpinned by dried fruit notes of dates and sultanas finishing with a moreish wood spice and red berry explosion
