Mizunara Oak Cask Rum

Matured in a first-fill Mizunara oak cask for two years and bottled at the cask strength of 58.7% ABV.

Natural colour, non-chill filtered, no added sugar.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Rich maple syrup with a minty funk complemented by toasted oak and buttery cinnamon buns.

Palate: Sweet candied dried apricots on the approach, transitioning to buttery almonds mid-palate and finishing with a burst of minty orange marmalade.
