COGNAC CASK RUM

Matured for two years in an Ex-Maison Hardy cognac barrique constructed from French oak and bottled at the cask strength of 62.5% ABV.

Natural colour, non-chill filtered, no added sugar.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Crème brûlée, wood spice, sweet vanilla, hint of mint.

Palate: Rich and creamy approach, sweet toffee, vanilla and cinnamon on the mid palate, vegetal minty funk and substantial wood tannins to create a lingering, warming finish.
