Bourbon Cask Rum

Matured in an ex-Bourbon cask from the Heaven Hill distillery in Kentucky for two years and bottled at the cask strength of 62% ABV.

Natural colour, non-chill filtered, no added sugar.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Intense and pungent sweet pear drops (top notes) underpinned by banana and mango, and bound by a citrus back note.

Palate: Sweet and sour approach followed by tropical fruits of banana, mango and grapefruit on the mid palate, and ending with a long wood spice and smokey finish with a whisper of mint.
