ANDEAN OAK CASK RUM

Matured in a second-fill Andean oak cask and bottled at the cask strength of 58.6% ABV.

Natural colour, non-chill filtered, no added sugar.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Butterscotch, vanilla and raisins dominate with a pungent, oily intensity and a hint of fragrant allspice.

Palate: Rich creamy approach with brown sugar, crème brûlée, currants and a smoky backbone dominating the mid-palate. The finish is medium long with fragrant allspice, vanilla and a whisper of mint.
