Matugga Spiced Rum
Matugga Spiced Rum is a delicately balanced, British craft rum of nuanced complexity. Sugar cane molasses from the rich, red soils of East Africa is expertly handcrafted through small batch copper pot distillation, and matured in English oak casks.
Infused with a tantalising Masala Chai blend of six harmonious ingredients. Soft tea tannins, fresh ginger and fragrant natural spices dance on the palate. Enjoy on its own, on ice, or as the base for an outstanding cocktail.
On the nose we have honey and orange blossom entwined with raisins. The palate is a flood of smooth, but warm, tangerine, liquorice and cracked black pepper, before a honeyed Christmas pudding finish.
