Scottish Oak Cask Rum
Aged in a heavily toasted virgin Scottish Oak barrel and bottled at the cask strength of 60% ABV.
Natural colour, non-chill filtered, no added sugar.
Nose: Complex layers of dark toasted cedar wood, salted butter, caramel coffee, fresh mint and sweet cinnamon.
Palate: Sweet citrus on the approach quickly followed by caramel coffee, baking spices of cloves and cinnamon mid-palate leading to a vegetal, tannic and slightly smoky finish.
