Spiced Ginger Mojito
To garnish: 1 lime, cut into wedges, 8 mint leaves and a sprig
In a tall glass add 2 lime wedges, 10 ml of gomme, 8 mint leaves and muddle to release juices and oils.
Pour in 50ml of Matugga Spiced and gently stir.
Half fill glass with crushed ice and top with ginger ale.
Top with crushed ice, and garnish with a lime wheel and sprig of mint.
