Passion fruit Mojito

50ml Matugga Spiced Rum
25ml Passoa
10ml Gomme (sugar syrup)
Ginger Ale 1 lime, cut into wedges

To garnish: 8 mint leaves and a sprig, passion fruit

In a tall glass, add 2 lime wedges, 10 ml of gomme, 8 mint leaves and muddle to release juices and oils.

Pour in the Matugga Spiced and Passoa.

Gently stir.

Half fill the glass with crushed ice.

Top with ginger ale, more crushed ice, mint sprig and half a passion fruit.
